Time Entry History

The time entries history provides a complete record of all time tracked in the system. You can view, search, filter, and export time entry data for reporting, payroll, and analysis.

Accessing Time Entry History

Navigate to "Scheduling" → "Time Entries" to view the complete history of all time entries.

Viewing Options
List View

See all time entries in a sortable table showing employee, date, hours, method, and approval status.

Calendar View

View time entries on a calendar to see patterns and visualize work schedules over time.

Filtering and Searching

Use filters to find specific entries:

  • Date Range: Filter by specific dates or date ranges
  • Employee: View entries for specific employees
  • Status: Filter by approval status (pending, approved, denied)
  • Method: Filter by how time was recorded (scheduled, mobile, manual)
  • Appointment: View entries linked to specific appointments
Exporting Time Data

Export time entry data for:

  • Payroll processing
  • Client billing
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Record keeping

Use the export function to download time entries in CSV or other formats as needed.

Viewing Individual Entry Details

Click on any time entry to see:

  • Complete start and end times
  • Total hours worked
  • Time entry method used
  • Approval status and history
  • Related appointment (if any)
  • Notes and comments
