Mobile Time Tracking

The Kwilio iOS mobile app allows employees to clock in and out directly from their mobile device, providing accurate, real-time time tracking at the job site or workplace.

Getting Started with Mobile App

Download and Installation

Download the Kwilio app from the Apple App Store. Log in using the same credentials you use for the web application.

Permissions

Allow the app to access your location if prompted. This helps ensure accurate time tracking.

Clocking In

For Scheduled Appointments

When you have a scheduled appointment:

1. Open the Kwilio mobile app
2. Navigate to "My Appointments" or the calendar view
3. Find your appointment
4. Tap on the appointment
5. Tap "Clock In" when you start
6. The app records your exact start time

For General Work

If clocking in for general work time:

1. Open the app
2. Go to the time tracking section
3. Tap "Clock In"
4. Select or confirm the start time

Clocking Out

To clock out:

1. Find the active time entry (the one you clocked into)
2. Tap "Clock Out"
3. Confirm the end time
4. The app calculates your total hours automatically
