Understanding Time Entry Methods
Scheduled Time (Default)

The system automatically uses appointment start and end times. This is the default method and requires no action from employees.

Mobile Clock In/Out

Employees can use the iOS mobile app to clock in and out, providing accurate real-time tracking. Mobile times override scheduled times for more precision.

Manual Entry

Administrators can manually create or edit time entries for corrections, adjustments, or retroactive entries.

Time Entry Approval Process

Review regularly: Set aside time weekly to review and approve time entries. This ensures accuracy and catches any discrepancies early.

Check for anomalies: Look for entries that seem unusual - very long hours, overlaps, or missing entries.

Communicate corrections: If you need to adjust a time entry, add a note explaining why. This maintains transparency with employees.
