Updating Client Information

Keeping client information current ensures accurate billing, proper communication, and efficient service delivery. Learn how to update client details in Kwilio.

Editing Client Details
Step 1: Find the Client

Navigate to "Clients" and use the search function or browse the list to find the client you want to update.

Step 2: Open Client Record

Click on the client name or use the edit button to open the client details page.

Step 3: Update Information

Modify any of the following fields:

  • Client name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Billing address
  • Contact preferences
  • Notes and additional information
Step 4: Save Changes

Click "Save" to update the client record. Changes are immediately reflected throughout the system.

Bulk Updates

For updating multiple clients with the same information, you can use bulk edit features (if available) or update them individually.
