Client Communication and Notes

Effective communication tracking helps maintain strong client relationships and ensures important information is accessible to your team. Kwilio provides tools for recording notes and tracking client interactions.

Adding Client Notes
Step 1: Open Client Record

Navigate to the client's profile page from the Clients list.

Step 2: Access Notes Section

Find the "Notes" or "Communication" section on the client page.

Step 3: Add Note

Enter your note with:

  • Date and time (usually automatic)
  • Your name (automatically recorded)
  • Note content describing the interaction or information
  • Category or type if applicable (call, email, meeting, etc.)
Step 4: Save Note

Save the note. It will be visible to all team members with access to the client record.

Types of Notes to Record
  • Phone calls: Record important conversation details
  • Email communications: Summarize key points from email exchanges
  • Meetings: Document meeting outcomes and action items
  • Special requests: Note any special requirements or preferences
  • Issues or concerns: Track problems and resolutions
  • Praise or feedback: Keep positive feedback on record

Viewing Communication History

All notes are displayed chronologically on the client's profile page, giving you a complete history of interactions. You can search and filter notes if needed.
