Navigate to the client's profile page from the Clients list.
Find the "Notes" or "Communication" section on the client page.
Enter your note with:
Save the note. It will be visible to all team members with access to the client record.
All notes are displayed chronologically on the client's profile page, giving you a complete history of interactions. You can search and filter notes if needed.
