Client Management

Effective client management is essential for providing excellent service. Kwilio makes it easy to add, organize, and maintain client information.

Adding a New Client
Step 1: Navigate to Clients

Click on "Clients" in the main navigation menu to access the clients page.

Step 2: Create New Client

Click the "Add Client" or "New Client" button to open the client creation form.

Step 3: Enter Client Information

Fill in the required fields:

  • Client name (required)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Billing address (if different)
  • Notes and additional information
Step 4: Save Client

Click "Save" to add the client to your database. The client will immediately be available for appointments and invoicing.

Managing Existing Clients

To update client information:

  1. Go to the Clients page
  2. Search for or select the client from the list
  3. Click on the client name or edit button
  4. Update the information as needed
  5. Save your changes
Client Features

For each client, you can:

  • View appointment history
  • Track service records
  • Manage billing and invoices
  • Add notes and communication logs
  • Set client-specific preferences
