Services and Pricing Setup

Setting up services and pricing in Kwilio helps streamline appointment booking, invoicing, and time tracking. Services can be assigned to appointments and employees, making it easier to manage different types of work.

Creating a Service
Step 1: Access Services

Navigate to "Scheduling" → "Services" from the main menu.

Step 2: Create New Service

Click "Add Service" or "New Service" to open the service creation form.

Step 3: Enter Service Details

Fill in the service information:

  • Service name (required)
  • Description
  • Default duration
  • Default price
Step 4: Set Pricing

Configure pricing options:

  • Base price for the service
  • Employee-specific pricing (optional)
  • Client-specific pricing (optional)
  • Time-based pricing variations (if applicable)
Assigning Services to Employees

Employees can be assigned to specific services through the "Employee Services" section. This allows you to:

  • Control which employees can perform which services
  • Set employee-specific pricing for services
  • Track which services each employee specializes in
