After registering your Kwilio account, follow these essential first steps to get your business up and running quickly.

Step 1: Complete Your Company Profile

Create employee profiles for yourself and your team members. You'll need employees before you can create schedules and appointments.

Step 3: Set Up Services

Create service entries for the types of work you offer. Include pricing and duration information. Services can be assigned to appointments.

Step 4: Add Your First Client

Create a client record. You'll need at least one client to create appointments. Add contact information and any relevant notes.

Step 5: Create Your First Appointment

Use the calendar to schedule your first appointment. Assign an employee and client, set the time, and you're ready to go!
