Invoice Management

Kwilio's invoicing system helps you create, send, and track invoices efficiently. Generate invoices from appointments, services, or create custom invoices as needed.

Creating a New Invoice
Step 1: Access Invoices

Navigate to "Billing" → "Invoices" from the main menu.

Step 2: Create Invoice

Click "New Invoice" or "Create Invoice" to open the invoice creation form.

Step 3: Select Client

Choose the client who will receive the invoice from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Add Line Items

Add services, products, or custom line items:

  • Description of the item or service
  • Quantity
  • Unit price
  • The system calculates totals automatically
Step 5: Set Invoice Details

Configure:

  • Invoice date
  • Due date
  • Payment terms
  • Notes or additional information
Step 6: Save and Send

Save the invoice and choose to send it immediately via email or save as draft for later.

Sending Invoices

To send an invoice:

  1. Open the invoice from the invoice list
  2. Click "Send" or "Email Invoice"
  3. The invoice will be sent to the client's email address
  4. You'll receive confirmation once sent
Invoice Status

Track invoice status:

  • Draft: Invoice created but not sent
  • Sent: Invoice has been emailed to client
  • Paid: Payment received
  • Overdue: Past due date without payment
